How long does it take to connect an integration?
Most integrations connect in under two minutes. You go to boilr Settings, pick the tool, and authorise via OAuth or paste an API key. No developer is needed and there are no CSV uploads. Once connected, records flow automatically.
Which integrations are available today?
Four are live now: Recruiterflow and HubSpot for your CRM and ATS, plus Outlook and Gmail for outreach. Each has its own setup page. More integrations, including Aircall, are on the way, and the same employee handles all of them under one login.
Will boilr create duplicate records in my CRM or ATS?
No. Before pushing, boilr checks for an existing company by domain and contact by email. If a match is found, it enriches the existing record and appends the new signal rather than creating a duplicate. You stay in control of your own data.
Do I need a separate tool for finding companies, enriching and sending?
No, and that is the point. boilr is one employee, not four tools stitched together. It finds the companies, sources the candidates, reads the signals and hands you finished tasks. The integrations are simply where those finished records and drafts land.
Can I control which signals trigger a push to my connected tools?
Yes. In boilr Settings you choose which signal types, like funding rounds, leadership moves or headcount growth, push to each connected tool, and which stay in boilr for manual review. The rules apply to every future push automatically.
