Where is the team based?
Most of the team works from London, with offices in Shoreditch. A number of roles are open to fully remote applicants across Europe. Each job listing states where it can be done. If you are unsure, reach out and ask.
Do I need recruitment industry experience to apply?
For most roles, no. We care about craft, ownership and the ability to move quickly. Customer Success and Sales roles benefit from understanding the recruiting world, but we can teach that if the fundamentals are strong.
What is the hiring process like?
We keep it short: a first call with the hiring lead, a short practical task relevant to the role, and a final conversation with the founding team. We aim to give you a decision in under two weeks. No panel of seven people.
How much equity will I get?
We offer meaningful equity at an early stage where it actually matters. We will walk you through the option pool, vesting schedule and the current valuation in your first call so there are no surprises later.
