I watch your accounts around the clock. Companies, then Candidates, then the Signals on them. When something moves I draft the task and queue it for you.

The loop
Companies Candidates Signals Tasks

One employee runs the whole motion. You verify and send.

What exactly is boilr?

boilr is an AI sales employee, one per consultant, that you hire rather than configure. He researches Companies, finds Candidates, reads the Signals on your target accounts and hands you finished outreach Tasks to verify and send. Five to twenty minutes a day is all it takes to stay ahead of your pipeline.

How is boilr different from Apollo, Clay or Lemlist?

Those are tools that need someone to hold them together. You end up with four logins, four exports and one person spending hours connecting the dots. boilr replaces that Frankenstein stack with a single employee who runs the whole loop: scan, match, enrich, draft, queue. No integration glue, no manual steps between tools.

Does each consultant get their own agent?

Yes. Every consultant gets one agent trained on their desk, their ICP, their open roles and their outreach style. At the same time all agents share the Company Brain, your agency's collective knowledge that grows with every task sent and stays when people leave.

What is the Company Brain?

The Company Brain is the shared intelligence layer that sits across all of your consultants' agents. It captures every enriched account, every sent message and every outcome. New consultants inherit it from day one. When someone leaves, the knowledge stays. It is the compounding moat that makes boilr more valuable over time.

Can I edit a task before I send it?

Always. Every task the agent produces is fully editable before it leaves your desk. You can rewrite the opener, adjust the angle, add personal context or discard it entirely. The agent gives you a strong starting point. The final call is yours.

What kinds of tasks does the agent create?

First-touch outreach to a new ICP match, follow-ups on accounts you have already contacted, candidate sourcing shortlists, re-engage messages triggered by a new signal on a past account and inbound response drafts. The task type follows the signal that triggered it.

What signals does the agent watch?

Funding rounds, leadership hires and departures, hiring velocity changes, office expansions, technology stack changes, product launches, earnings announcements and more. Each signal is linked back to its original source so you can verify it instantly.

Does boilr cover candidate sourcing or just BD?

Both. Give the agent a role brief and he builds a shortlist of candidates ranked by match signal strength, with outreach drafted for each. The same Companies, Signals and Tasks loop applies to candidate motions, not just business development.
