The processing context that builds your tasks, signals and matches is delivered to you, then cleared. There is no warehouse holding your pipeline.

Nothing is written to a long-term store

When the agent processes your accounts, signals or tasks, the output is delivered to you and that processing context is not persisted. There is no long-term data store holding your pipeline content.

Session data is cleared on completion

Temporary working state used during processing is wiped at the end of each job. Nothing accumulates over time in a data warehouse or audit log that contains your content.

Deletion is immediate on account close

If you close your account, any residual references are removed immediately. Because zero-retention is the default, there is very little to delete to begin with.

Third-party model providers are contractually bound

Where boilr uses third-party foundation models, those contracts explicitly prohibit the provider from using your data to train or improve their models. We do not work with providers who cannot offer this guarantee.

Where are boilr servers hosted?

All boilr infrastructure is hosted within the European Union. Your data never leaves EU jurisdiction. We use EU-based cloud providers and EU-based key management throughout.

Does boilr store my data?

No. boilr operates with zero data retention. The data processed to generate your tasks, signals and company matches is not stored on our servers after the processing job completes. Nothing is written to a persistent store that holds your content.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Your data is never used to train, fine-tune or otherwise improve any AI model, whether that is a model boilr uses internally or a third-party foundation model. Your content stays yours.

Who can access my data inside boilr?

Access inside boilr follows a strict least-privilege model. Engineers cannot access customer data without a formal, time-limited access request. All access events are logged and auditable.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

When you close your account, any residual session data is deleted immediately. Because we operate with zero data retention by default, there is nothing lingering in a long-term store to begin with.
