Outlook meets your
AI employee.
boilr writes the outreach, Outlook sends it. Every task arrives as a draft with the company context, the signal and the suggested opener already inside. You verify and hit send, nothing more.
What boilr does inside Outlook.
Signal to record with no manual steps.
Drafts delivered to your inbox
When boilr creates an outreach task, it places a ready-to-send draft in your Outlook drafts folder. The to-field, subject line and body are pre-filled based on the signal and the contact.
Signal context in every draft
Every Outlook draft boilr creates includes the triggering signal as a comment block below the body. You see exactly why you are reaching out before you send, and can edit the copy freely.
Calendar links in one click
boilr can embed your Calendly or Microsoft Bookings link directly in the draft body, so a prospect can book time without a back-and-forth thread.
Sent-item tracking
Once you send the draft, boilr picks up the sent event and marks the task as done in your boilr dashboard. No double-entry, no status updates to chase.
Connected to Outlook in minutes.
No developer. No CSV uploads. Just connect and go.
Sign in with Microsoft
In boilr Settings, click Outlook and authenticate with your Microsoft 365 account via OAuth. Delegated permissions only, no admin consent required for individual accounts.
Choose draft or send mode
Tell boilr whether to place tasks as editable drafts (recommended) or send automatically after a review window. Drafts give your team full control before anything goes out.
Review and send in minutes a day
Each morning you find a folder of ready-to-review drafts. Read the signal context, tweak the copy if you want, and send. The whole batch takes 5 to 20 minutes.
Works with your whole stack.
Not just one tool.
Outlook is one piece. boilr connects to your CRM, ATS, outreach tools and email in the same flow. Switch between integrations without changing your workflow. More integrations including Aircall are coming.
boilr saves me hours of daily research and turns BD into a consistent client pipeline.
Questions, answered.
Does the Outlook integration require admin consent?
No. For individual user accounts, the integration uses delegated OAuth permissions that only the individual needs to approve. If your organisation uses a managed Microsoft 365 tenant with conditional access policies, a one-time admin consent may be needed. Ask your IT team if you are unsure.
Can I use a shared Outlook mailbox with boilr?
Yes. Shared mailboxes are supported as long as the authenticating user has full-access permission on the mailbox. Configure the shared address as the send-from address in boilr Settings after connecting.
Will boilr send emails on my behalf without me reviewing them?
Only if you explicitly enable auto-send mode, which is off by default. In draft mode (the default), every email boilr creates sits in your Drafts folder until you open it, review it and press send yourself.
Which versions of Outlook does boilr support?
boilr connects to Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) mailboxes via the Microsoft Graph API. This covers Outlook on the web, Outlook for Windows/Mac and the mobile apps. Legacy Exchange on-premises servers are not currently supported.
What happens to a draft if I delete it without sending?
Deleted drafts are logged as dismissed in boilr, then the task moves to a dismissed state and boilr will not recreate it unless the same account triggers a new signal in the future.
