Does the integration work with all Recruiterflow plans?
The boilr integration uses the standard Recruiterflow API, which is available on all paid plans. If you are unsure whether your plan includes API access, check your Recruiterflow account settings or contact their support team.
Will boilr create duplicates in Recruiterflow?
No. boilr checks for an existing company or contact record by domain and email before pushing. If a match is found, it updates the existing record and appends a signal note rather than creating a duplicate.
Which Recruiterflow objects does boilr write to?
boilr creates or updates Company accounts, Contact records and Tasks. It can also add Notes to any existing record when a new signal fires on a watched account.
Can I control which signals trigger a push to Recruiterflow?
Yes. In boilr Settings you can choose which signal types (funding rounds, leadership changes, headcount growth, etc.) automatically push to Recruiterflow and which stay in boilr only for manual review.
What happens to records already in Recruiterflow when I connect boilr?
Existing records are not overwritten. boilr only updates fields it manages (signal notes, enrichment data) and leaves all other data untouched. You stay in control of your own records.
