Gmail meets your
AI employee.
boilr writes the outreach, Gmail sends it. Every task arrives as a Gmail draft with the signal context, the contact and the suggested opener pre-filled. Five minutes a day, not five hours.
What boilr does inside Gmail.
Signal to record with no manual steps.
Drafts in your Gmail inbox
When boilr creates an outreach task it places a fully written draft in your Gmail Drafts folder. The recipient, subject line and personalised body are already filled in based on the live signal.
Signal context inline
Below the draft body, boilr adds a collapsible context block: the triggering signal, its source and the reason this contact fits your ICP. You see the why before you hit send.
Calendly link insertion
boilr can insert your Calendly link directly in the Gmail draft body so a prospect can book a slot without a thread. One link, no back-and-forth.
Sent-event sync
Once you send the draft, boilr detects the sent event in your Gmail account and marks the task as complete in your boilr dashboard. No status chasing, no double-entry.
Connected to Gmail in minutes.
No developer. No CSV uploads. Just connect and go.
Sign in with Google
In boilr Settings, click Gmail and sign in with your Google account. boilr requests only the permissions it needs: Drafts (write) and Sent (read) via standard Google OAuth.
Set your sender preferences
Choose which Gmail address to send from (useful if you have aliases), set a default reply-to and decide whether boilr adds your signature automatically. Done once, applied forever.
Review and send in minutes a day
Each morning your Drafts folder holds a batch of ready-to-review emails. Read the context, adjust the copy if you want and send. The average batch takes under 15 minutes.
Works with your whole stack.
Not just one tool.
Gmail is one piece. boilr connects to your CRM, ATS, outreach tools and email in the same flow. Switch between integrations without changing your workflow. More integrations including Aircall are coming.
boilr saves me hours of daily research and turns BD into a consistent client pipeline.
Questions, answered.
Does boilr read my existing Gmail emails?
No. boilr only writes to your Drafts folder and reads from your Sent folder to detect when a task has been sent. It does not scan, index or read any other emails in your account.
Can I use boilr with a Google Workspace account?
Yes. The integration works with personal Gmail accounts and Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) accounts. Workspace accounts with strict app controls may need an administrator to approve boilr in the Google Admin console.
Will boilr ever send an email without me pressing send?
No. In draft mode (the default and only mode currently), every email sits in your Drafts folder until you open it and send it yourself. boilr never triggers a send on your behalf.
Can I use Gmail aliases or a shared inbox with boilr?
Yes. If you have aliases configured in Gmail Settings, you can choose any of them as the send-from address in boilr; shared inboxes (Google Groups addresses) are not currently supported.
How does boilr handle reply threads?
boilr creates new first-touch drafts only. If a prospect replies and you want to continue the thread, that conversation stays in Gmail as normal. boilr does not manage follow-up sequences or reply detection.
