Which HubSpot plans does the integration support?
The boilr integration works with HubSpot Starter, Professional and Enterprise across the CRM, Sales and Marketing Hubs. It uses the standard HubSpot CRM API, which is available on all paid tiers.
Will boilr create duplicates in HubSpot?
No. Before pushing, boilr checks for an existing Company by domain and Contact by email. If a match is found, the existing record is enriched with the new signal data rather than a duplicate being created.
Can boilr update existing HubSpot records when a new signal fires?
Yes. For accounts already in HubSpot that boilr is watching, a new signal will log a Timeline event on the record and optionally update a custom property or reopen a deal at a new stage, depending on your settings.
Does boilr support HubSpot custom properties?
Yes. You can map boilr fields (signal type, source URL, ICP score) to any custom property you have created in HubSpot. The mapping is configured once in boilr Settings and applied to every future push.
How does the HubSpot integration handle deal ownership?
You can set a fixed owner, assign by territory or enable round-robin across your team. The assignment rule is configured in boilr Settings and applied automatically to every deal boilr creates.
