New projects need people.
Get in before the start date is locked.
When a company wins a contract or launches a project, the clock starts immediately. Your AI employee monitors government contract databases, press releases and procurement notices to hand you a task before the staffing brief lands on a competitor's desk.
A new contract is a staffing brief waiting to happen.
Government contracts, major client wins and funded projects all share one thing: they need people before the work can start. Your window is between the announcement and the first agency call, which is often less than a week.
A late call is a quote. An early call is a partnership.
Companies that have just won a contract are still forming their delivery plan. That is when they value a consultant who already knows their specialism, not someone responding to a brief they sent to five other agencies.
Detect. Enrich. Hand you the task.
Your AI employee handles every step so you reach out first.
Detect the win
The agent monitors Contracts Finder, Find a Tender, press releases and LinkedIn announcements for project wins and contract awards at ICP-matched companies.
Map roles to your specialism
The agent analyses the project type and maps the likely role requirements to your specialism. An NHS contract might need clinical informatics; a fintech build needs engineering and product talent.
Task to send before the brief
A finished task arrives with the contract details, the enriched contact and an opener that demonstrates you already understand their delivery challenge. Reach in before the brief is written.

Questions, answered.
Everything your team needs to know about the new projects signal.
Does boilr monitor government contract databases?
Yes. The agent monitors Contracts Finder and Find a Tender for UK public sector contract awards, as well as EU Tenders and selected US federal contract databases. Private sector project wins are tracked via press releases and news feeds.
Can boilr detect project wins that are not publicly announced?
Private client wins are harder to detect without a public announcement. However, the agent tracks LinkedIn posts, company blog updates and company press rooms, which often carry announcements that do not make mainstream news.
How does boilr know which role types a project needs?
The agent uses the project description, sector and contract type to infer likely roles. This inference is used to apply your specialism filter. If your ICP covers engineering roles and the contract is a tech build, the signal fires. If it is an unrelated sector, it does not.
What if the contract is with a company I already have in my pipeline?
If the company is in your boilr pipeline, the new project signal is linked to the existing account record and creates a follow-up task. The agent notes the existing relationship so the opener is framed as an update, not a cold approach.
Is there a minimum contract value filter?
Yes. You can set a minimum contract value in your signal settings so that small contracts below your threshold do not generate tasks. This keeps your inbox focused on mandates where the staffing investment justifies your firm's involvement.
