New hires mean more to fill.
Reach in when the budget is confirmed.
When a company starts posting roles, it is a clear signal that headcount has been approved. Your AI employee tracks hiring velocity across job boards and professional networks, and reaches out before the PSL is set.
A hiring spike means the budget is open.
Companies do not post roles until headcount has been approved. When you see three or more roles posted in a short window, that is a company in active growth mode. That is your window.
Volume without timing is noise. Timing beats volume.
Hundreds of companies are always hiring. Your AI employee filters to the ones that match your ICP and reaches out at the precise moment the relationship can be built before the mandate is locked.
Detect. Enrich. Hand you the task.
Your AI employee handles every step so you reach out first.
Track hiring velocity
The agent monitors job boards, LinkedIn and Glassdoor for new postings at ICP-matched companies. A spike in posting frequency triggers the signal, not a single role.
Identify the right contact
The agent finds the person responsible for the hiring: typically the Head of People, Talent Director or relevant hiring manager, and verifies their direct contact before surfacing the task.
Task to verify and send
A finished task arrives with the hiring spike data, the enriched contact and a suggested opener that names the specific roles being hired. Review in minutes and send before the mandate is given elsewhere.

Questions, answered.
Everything your team needs to know about the new hires signal.
How does boilr define a hiring spike?
The agent compares the rolling 30-day posting count against the previous quarter for that company. When the current rate is significantly above the baseline, a new hires signal fires. The exact threshold is configurable in your signal settings.
Does boilr track roles on all job boards?
boilr monitors the major job boards including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, CV-Library, Reed and Totaljobs, as well as company careers pages and specialised boards relevant to your sectors. New sources are added regularly.
Can I filter to specific role types?
Yes. Your ICP settings include a role-type filter: engineering, sales, finance, operations and so on. The agent only fires the signal when the posted roles match the disciplines you place, so you never receive noise.
What if the company is hiring for roles I do not cover?
If the roles do not match your specialism filter, the signal is suppressed before it reaches your task inbox. You will only see signals where at least one posted role falls within the disciplines you have configured.
Does boilr detect roles on company careers pages that are not on job boards?
Yes. The agent indexes company careers pages directly and detects new postings even when they have not been syndicated to third-party job boards. This gives you an earlier signal on companies that hire quietly.
